Basic Research, Educational Outreach, and Training Opportunities in the area of Space Operations. Space Operations funds (Treasury Account Symbol = 80-0115-0-1-252) will be used to fund NASA Federal Financial Assistance awards with institutions of higher education and/or other non-profit entities.
