Promotion of the Humanities_Fellowships and Stipends - #45.160
Program Objectives
Fellowships and Summer Stipends provide support for scholars to undertake full-time independent research and writing in the humanities. Grants are available for 6-to-12-month fellowships and 2 months of summer study. Teaching Development Fellowships strengthen teaching at undergraduate institutions through fellowships of 3 to 5 months. The Awards for Faculty programs support research work conducted by faculty at Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Institutions with High Hispanic Enrollment, and Tribal Colleges and Universities for periods of 2 to 12 months.
