TRIO Staff Training Program - #84.103

Uses and Use Restrictions

Grants are awarded to eligible grantees to provide training for project directors and staff of funded Federal TRIO Programs projects. The grants may provide support for conferences, seminars, internships, workshops, and the publication of manuals designed to improve the operation of Federal TRIO Programs projects.

Credentials/Documentation

Costs will be determined in accordance with the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR). OMB Circular No. A-21 applies to this program. OMB Circular No. A-122 applies to this program. This program is excluded from coverage under OMB Circular No. A-87.

Criteria for Selecting Proposals

The Department will select applicants to be funded for new awards under this part on the basis of criteria set forth in 34 CFR 642.31. New regulations are under development. Contact the program office for additional information.
